The production area of A.C.E. extends for over 3.000 square meters. Furthermore a large area is dedicated to the modernly equipped warehouse, where raw materials and components are stored for their typology. An integrated management SW program allows the optimal organization of all operating procedures as: acceptance check documentation, control of the production phases and final tests.

The cutting, stripping and crimping phases are carried out by automated machinery of latest generation to ensure maximum performance and precision, optimizing the work times. Each workstation is equipped with a screen for displaying the technical documentation of the wiring during processing in order to monitor all operations.

The final testing provides a 100% electrical test, using special equipments with state of the art software programs, even for broad-spectrum and high complexity test also in high ternsion. On clients request we can serialize the final product for process traceability.
